How do I order a sample of My Fabrics so I can be sure it will match my decor and is the right fabric for me?

Ordering samples is easy! Order a sample of any fabric for $1.00 each, and the dollar-bill-sized sample(s) will arrive within 2-3 days of your sample order. Order all together under one order checkout and they will all ship together.

How do I know what size draperies to order?

Simply follow our easy Measuring Guide for each window, each panel. Remember that orders are for individual panels, so that if you want a pair, order quantity of 2.

What if My Drapery panels do not accurately fit my window?

We want you to be thrilled with your window treatments and will make every attempt possible to satisfy a problem. If we have made your order incorrectly, we will immediately replace it and pay for all shipping. If you have measured and/or ordered incorrectly, simply send the panels back and we will try to work with the mistake to correct it to perfection. In the event that we cannot repair a mistake, we will work with you to replace the order. However, if you follow our measuring guide, you should be fine! 

What if I do not like the drapery and I want to return them? 

Unlike ready-made panels. My-Drapery.Com drapery panels are custom-made per your exact order. As with most other custom products, once you decide to order your draperies they are yours. While we will work with you on measuring mistakes, we simply cannot accept returns outright for buyer's remorse. Please take your time on your decision to order, take advantage of our sample offerings and customer service email and phone help lines, use the measuring guide and be certain when you place your drapery order. You do have a 48 hour cancellation or alteration policy in case you have second thoughts.
