Shipping
You have 48 hours within placing your order to cancel or make changes to it. After that, there is a no cancellation policy, as we have already begun custom cuts into fabric.
Generally, orders take between 3-4 weeks to make their way from our workroom sewing tables to your front door. If for any reason they take longer, we will advise you. Due to the nature of international fabric shipments and customs, we cannot guarantee this time frame, but always keep you informed of your order status and projected ship date.
We ship UPS. If your address cannot recieve UPS shipments for any reason, please contact us so we can arrange alternative arrangements.
Shipping to the Contiguous USA is always FREE!
International shipping is available on a case by case basis, call for quotes.
Drapery Returns
Your MyDrapery.Com custom drapery orders are made right here in the USA by our staff of workroom and design professionals and expert seamstresses, each of whom have between 15 to 35 years experience!
We guarantee our products will arrive to you free of defects and exactly as you have ordered, per your exact measurements provided. If we have messed up we will make it right, that is our promise to you! We encourage our clients to order samples of fabrics for color verification prior to ordering custom draperies. Our Measuring Guide will offer you very user-friendly information as to how to properly measure for your finished length and widths for standard draw and decorative stationary panels. Also, we offer customer service via phone Mon-Fri 9-5/ Sat 10-4 Eastern and email support 24/7 if you have questions.
Every order is custom and one of a kind, therefor we cannot accept cancellation after the initial 48-hour period of order placement and we cannot accept returns or refunds.
In the event you have mis-measured or ordered incorrectly, we will make every attempt to work with you to achieve your ultimate satisfaction is achieved.
Hardware Returns
Absolutely no cut or altered drapery hardware may be returned.
Un-Cut/un-altered "Quick-Ship" drapery hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery with its original packaging, at the customer's shipping expense and is subject to a 10% restocking and original shipping costs fee.
Un-cut/un-altered other hardware may be returned at customer's own shipping expense and is subject to a 25% re-stocking and original shipping costs fee.
Refunds will be issued to same payment method originally used on purchase and may take up to 2 weeks once items are recieved and verified for condition, etc.
Cut-Yardage Fabric Returns
Due to the nature of custom cutting fabrics per your order, we cannot accept any returns or refunds on cut yardage.
